Orders & Bakery Management
-
That is one of the main reasons Tolloz exists.
Instead of recording cake orders across paper forms, WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets and notebooks, Tolloz allows you to keep your order information digitally in one organised system.
-
Depending on the order, you can record information such as:
Customer details
Cake size
Cake shape
Sponge type
Filling
Flavour
Cake design
Reference images
Special instructions
Order value
Deposit paid
Remaining balance
Collection date
Collection time
Order status
Your bakery can also configure its own cake options.

Customers & CRM
-
Tolloz does not need to store raw customer card information.
Card payment processing is handled through specialist payment providers such as Stripe.
-
You can maintain information such as customer name, telephone number, email address and order history.
Where relevant, Tolloz can also help your bakery maintain important customer occasions and milestones.
-
Yes, customer order history allows your team to understand what someone has previously purchased, making repeat orders much easier to manage.
-
That is an important part of the Tolloz product roadmap.
By keeping customer history and important occasions in one place, bakeries can build better relationships and eventually use features such as milestone marketing, loyalty rewards and personalised communications to encourage customers to return.
-
Tolloz is being designed to support customer milestones including birthdays, wedding anniversaries and other recurring occasions.
This can help bakeries identify future opportunities to reconnect with customers before their next celebration.
-
Customer loyalty functionality is part of the Tolloz platform roadmap.
The aim is to allow bakeries to reward repeat customers based on their spending and encourage them to continue ordering directly from the bakery.

Availability of email, SMS and WhatsApp messaging may vary depending on your account, country and the stage of each feature rollout.
Some messaging services may also involve additional usage charges.
Payments

Card payment processing is handled through specialist payment providers.
-
Integrated in-person payment options are part of the platform's payment strategy.

Pricing & Subscription
-
Our aim is to keep Tolloz pricing straightforward.
The core plan includes the main tools your bakery needs rather than forcing you to upgrade every time you need an essential feature.
Certain usage-based services, third-party integrations or future specialist features may have separate charges.
-
The standard Tolloz subscription is designed to be simple to start.
If a business requires custom onboarding, integrations, data migration or specialist implementation support, any additional costs will be discussed before work begins.
-
SMS and other usage-based communication services may carry additional charges because external messaging providers charge Tolloz each time a message is sent.
Any applicable charges will be shown clearly.
-
Yes, you can subscribe monthly without having to commit to a long contract.
-
Yes, you can cancel your subscription in accordance with the billing terms applicable to your account.
Your access will normally continue until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for.
-
We do not intend to make cancellation deliberately difficult.
Our account and data-retention policy will define how long data remains available following cancellation and how you can request an export or deletion.
We recommend exporting any information you need before permanently closing your account.
-
Where your account and data are still within the applicable retention period, the Tolloz team may be able to help you reactivate your account.
Staff & Multiple Locations
-
The standard Tolloz plan includes access for up to three staff accounts, including the owner.
If your bakery requires more users, speak to our team about additional access.
-
Yes, each member of your team should use their own login rather than sharing one username and password.
This gives your bakery better security and makes account management easier.
-
Yes, if an employee leaves your business or no longer requires access, their account can be disabled without affecting your bakery's historical information.
-
Tolloz is designed around roles such as owner, manager and staff.
Permissions can therefore be controlled according to the responsibilities of each user as the platform develops.
-
The standard plan includes one bakery location. Additional locations can be added as your business grows with add-on subscription.
-
Multi-branch management is part of the Tolloz platform architecture.
The goal is to give bakery owners visibility across their locations while still allowing individual branches to manage their own daily operations.
Data, Privacy & Security
-
Security is built into the Tolloz platform architecture.
Tolloz uses modern cloud infrastructure, encrypted connections, authentication controls and database-level separation to protect information belonging to different businesses.
-
No, Tolloz is designed as a multi-tenant SaaS platform, with each bakery's information isolated from other businesses using the platform.
-
Tolloz's infrastructure is designed to encrypt information while it is being transmitted and to use encryption for stored data through its cloud infrastructure.
-
Tolloz is being developed with UK and European data-protection requirements in mind, including GDPR principles around customer information, data access and deletion.
Bakery owners remain responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate lawful basis for collecting and using their customers' personal information.
-

This significantly reduces the amount of payment-card information handled by the Tolloz platform itself.
-
Tolloz uses managed cloud infrastructure and maintains backup and recovery processes designed to protect business information in the event of a technical issue.
-
Tolloz is designed to support customer-data deletion where required, including requests relating to data-protection rights.
-
We understand that your bakery's information is important. Data export capabilities will depend on the type of information and the stage of the platform. If you require a specific export, contact the Tolloz support team.
